Johnston cleared of assets non-declaration cases

The felony Commission has withdrawn four cases filed against MP general Fernando concerning non-declaration of assets. In turn, the Colombo Chief jurist Court has discharged MP Fernando of the relevant charges.

The case was preoccupied before the Colombo Chief jurist Lanka Jayaratne, this morning (19) once the officersrepresenting the felony Commission requested permission from the court to withdraw the 04 cases stating technical errors within the cases.
